Booking Appointments

Please book your appointment well in advance so that your preferred time, and provider can be secured. You can find a list of our services on our website or in our brochure. If this is your first time with us, let us know. Our staff will help you find what treatment is most suitable for you. All appointments requires a valid credit card number to hold your appointment.

Cancellation, rescheduling and tardiness

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may only receive the remainder of their scheduled service time in order to appropriately accommodate the next guest. All cancellations and rescheduling appointments requires a 24-hour notice. Late cancellation or failure to arrive for an appointment will result in a $50 charge. You may use this $50 as future store credit can be use for service only.

Payment, Gratuity and Refund

We accept cash, debit, credit cards, but no personal checks. A customary 15-20% gratuity charge based on the treatments original price. All request or refund will be return in store credit only. You may use the credits towards other services.
