Booking Appointments

Please book your appointment well in advance so that your preferred time, and provider can be secured. You can find a list of our services on our website or in our brochure. If this is your first time with us, let us know. Our staff will help you find what treatment is most suitable for you. All appointments requires a valid credit card number to hold your appointment. 

All new spa promotions are for new clients only. We have the right to deny clients who keep returning to Le Bon Skin Lab by any means; for example using vouchers (ex: Groupon, Gilt, Living Social, etc.). This goes for other promotions offered on other websites, such as Spa Week, etc. as well.      

Cancellation, rescheduling and tardiness

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may only receive the remainder of their scheduled service time in order to appropriately accommodate the next guest. All cancellations and rescheduling appointments requires a 24-hour notice. Late cancellation or failure to arrive for an appointment will result in a $50 charge. You may use this $50 as future store credit can be use for service only.

Payment, Gratuity and Refund

We accept cash, debit, credit cards, but no personal checks. A customary 15-20% gratuity charge based on the treatments original price. The company has the right make the final decision as we will assess the situation and decide whether or not we will issue a refund and the amount refunded. We will give the refund in the form of a check only. You must come to Le Bon Skin Lab to sign a form in order to pick up your check.
